Payment Due Dates:
- 50% Deposit = AUD$ 2,600 (US$ 2,500) - before 5 AUGUST 2011 - to secure hotel bookings, as it is HIGH season in Patagonia and there are few hotels, which are booked out many months in advance.
- 50% Balance – before 15 SEPTEMBER 2011 - amount to be advised according to number of people
- USD $ 100 discount – for Early bird full payment – before 15 July 2011

Cancellations:
- Full refund (minus a USD$100 processing fee) – if cancellation prior to 15 September.
